Hi, I’m Eliza Williams . I work as an Executive Assistant at Deloitte, supporting senior executives in a fast-moving environment — which means I’ve learned how to prioritise quickly, stay calm under pressure, and anticipate needs before being asked.

Before that, I worked hands-on in a family business alongside the director — handling the inbox, diary, meeting scheduling, and all the admin that keeps a business running day to day. That’s where I developed a real understanding of what small business owners actually need from someone in their corner.

I’m detail-oriented, accurate, and organised in everything I do. You won’t need to micromanage me - just hand it over and consider it done.
